"each of our souvenirs of life becomes a brick that shapes and defines our space"
Drawing has becomes for me a source to learn and look at life with different eyes and to broaden perspectives. "Imaginary Scenes" are the result of many years working with textiles/materiales and studying antique textiles, art, interiors and furnitures. These drawings are also intended to celebrate the beauty around us, because beauty in some places is there at first sight, in others, less obvious.

Curiosity! where do ideas come from?
Inanimate objects have spirits, they become a connection to the everyday. Some Japanese used to believe that even-made objects, such as chairs or tables, acquired a soul. My illustrations work on that concept, on the importance of the objects around us, specially in modern times where we are often moving towards a throwaway culture
